Notes:

There was a Robert Reed in Sevier Co about the time she was born, and also an Alexander.
There was also a Mitchell Reed c1760 who had children in Sevier Co. Mitchell had a sister Hannah who died unmarried, and a sister Mary who married John McFarland.

One RootsWeb entry says she was d/o John Reed 1746 Rowan Co NC + Levina Williams 1756. But it
also has her married 1815-12-15 to Caleb Reed, and having children in Marshall Co TN at the same time
as Robert Clinkingbeard's children.
Better entries for John + Levina show his Hannah did marry Caleb.

I don't see her on the 1860 census. She must have died by then, or re-married.
