Records of Quarter Session Docket 2 in Cumberland Co PA (1761-1765) show a William Linn appointed constable of Lurgan and Aire townships in 1761. That appears to be this William, implying the 1757 death date is wrong.
The same records show William Linn as a grand juror.
In 1763 William Linn was appointed overseer of the poor in Antrim township.
William Linn was on a jury in 1770 and 1773.
