Since the death of said intestate, the said William W. Loftis and Elizabeth Haney have died. William W.
died intestate without wife or issue and leaving his brothers and sisters herein named as his heirs at law,
including his nephew, complainant Logan Maberry. Complainant was the only living child of his mother,
